Experiences in the Innwerk

This survey was mostly translated automatically. If you find any errors, please let us know: info@innwerk.org

We want to understand how different people experience and use the Innwerk. Currently, it is mainly men who are active in Innwerk, which is why we are placing a special focus on the experiences of FLINTA* individuals.

We are interested in what you liked, what didn't work so well, what motivated you, where you encountered obstacles, and how we can make our workshop more open and inclusive. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, depending on the options that are displayed based on your answers, it may take a little longer or shorter.

The questionnaire is anonymous – we do not collect names or personal data. Please note, however, that due to the small target group, indirect conclusions about individual persons cannot be ruled out.

All responses will be treated confidentially. The raw data will only be available to Hannes and Julia and will not be passed on. You can skip any question if you feel that it is too personal or could identify you, or if you do not want to answer it for any other reason.

All participants who complete the survey by December 10, 2025, will be entered into a prize draw to win a glass brick lamp DIY kit! To be eligible, you must register using an external form at the end of the survey, as we have not collected your contact details here. The registration in the form cannot be linked to the information in this survey.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey—your feedback will help us to further develop Innwerk!

*FLINTA is a german acronym for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, transgender, and agender people. We use the term as a collective term for all non-cisgender people.
